- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 (16.3 oz.) can Pillsbury® Grands® Flaky Layers Refrigerated Original Biscuits
- About 1 cup of shredded pork (try not to have too much juice)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup, finely chopped green onions
- cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8×8″ glass baking dish with cooking spray. In bowl, beat egg and milk with wire whisk until smooth. Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Carefully stir the biscuit pieces into egg mixture to coat evenly, then fold in bacon, cheese and onions. Spoon the mixture into your prepared pan and arrange biscuit pieces in a single layer. Bake 23-28 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm by just pulling biscuits apart.

I had the exact opposite issue- I forgot the chipotle peppers the first time I made it and it was sweet, sweet, sweet. My family loved it, but I was missing the kick. Your leftover meal sounds delicious!

Holy Toledo! Somebody feed me this right now pretty please! {mouth open over here…salivating}
Love that Pioneer Lady as well, and yes your leftover meal sounds perfect!! Nice one lady!!
I just happened upon your blog from Pinterest for the freezer food. Man that was just awesome and so inspiring! Even if I could do a weeks worth of meals that would be great. Living in the middle of the desert in CA we do not get great prices on meat. I read through all the comments on your freezer post and was a little frustrated by some things people posted. Everyone has different lifestyle choice when it comes to food. By looking at your blog, we have similar choices. Thanks for keeping it real and fresh! That said, I love PW too. She rocks. I had the same issue as you did with the Chipotle peppers (and I am not that wimpy either). Although I did have only a 11 oz can and I used only a few of the peppers with a 4 lb roast. Next time I will have to kick it back a notch, but I love the Chipotle flavors. I also keep a baggie full of the Adobo sauce and chopped peppers in the freezer so I only use what I need each time (some people put them in ice cube trays too). Oh no! I use plastic baggies.
