Dumpy Chair to Benchy Flair from Four Marrs and One Venus
She brought together an awesome idea, a funky fabric and a gorgeous blue paint and made a bench that I would LOVE to have in my house!  It wouldn’t cost too much to ship from CA to PA, would it??
#2 Almond Pudding Cookies from Crazy for Crust
These look so ridiculously good to me, plus she’s always good for a great story and fantastic photos! Can’t get enough of this blog!
#3 Dishtowel Pillow from Creatively Living
Love an easy pillow with bold colors and this one is no exception!
#4 Dress-up Wicker Baskets from Alderberry Hill
I just love these paper rosettes and the fact that she used pattern paper!  Adds that extra little oomph to them that a solid paper wouldn’t have and anything with buttons is always a winner in my book!
#5 Keepin’ It Real from Going’s on at the Glenn’s
This one had to be included because I can relate.  I can relate SO much that I’ll just let you know I’ve actually been working on my own post in a similar vein, but just haven’t published it yet.  Maybe I’ll go add a little more to it now…
..and now a little announcement, since we’re keepin’ it real.  I’m thinking this might be the last Sunday Spotlight and weekly link party for the time being.  Which is perfectly okay.  I wanted to test it out for a bit and see if it was a good fit for me and this blog, and that’s not a bad thing to try your hand at things and see how they go!  But I think the verdict is that it’s not exactly the best fit and not really my cup of tea.  I love seeing what everyone is up to, but, honestly, I can do that on my own and still share it without having to host an official party!  For me personally, I feel a bit like I’m copping out twice a week when my posts are nothing more than putting the link up for the party.  And it seems to me that I’m getting lazier in my posting since I started hosting it.  That’s kind of just how I am with everything in life, though, so I shouldn’t be too surprised.  If I’m feeling productive in one area, I tend to be productive in all other areas of life.  If I’m feeling a bit lazy with something, I tend to let that laziness spill over into other areas.  Not even really sure if this is making a ton of sense, and I have a fairly bad headache, so I’m going to call it night and thank everybody who’s linked up to all the parties!  You guys rock and I really do appreciate it!  Who knows, maybe I’ll change my mind again sometime!

Hi, I'm Natalie and I like to move slowly (like a turtle, if you will)! I daydream about minivans, painting walls and eating fudge with a spoon. Welcome to my little computer home where I share my family's adventures as we live life from the slow lane!
