Old Fashioned Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 28- oz. cans pork and beans drained
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ketchup, barbeque sauce, brown sugar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper and mix well.
  3. Add your chopped onion and beans. Mix until completely combined and then pour into a 13x9 pan.
  4. Cut your bacon into 1" pieces and place on top of beans.
  5. Bake for 1 hr. or until bacon is crispy and cooked through. Depending on the thickness of your bacon, you may have to leave in for 1 hr. 15 min.
