Toffee Chip Cookies

These Toffee Chip Cookies are so softy and chewy! Our whole family fell in love with them!

  • 1 cup 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 8 oz. bag HEATH Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits


  1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease baking sheet or use non-stick pans.
  2. In mixing bowl, beat butter, both sugars, vanilla and salt until blended well. Add eggs and beat until well combined.
  3. In a small separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until just blended. Stir in toffee bits.
  4. Drop by tablespoons onto baking sheet and bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for a minute and then remove from baking sheet to cooling rack.
