Mint Chocolate Chip Dip

Great to decorate for Halloween, but can be enjoyed any time of year!


  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. mint extract
  • green food coloring
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • assorted candy to decorate optional
  • Serve with dipper of your choice: pretzels graham crackers, animal crackers, Nilla wafers, apple slices


  1. Beat cream cheese, butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar until fluffy and well-combined. Add extract and green food coloring until desired color is reached. Stir in mini chips.
  2. You can serve this as is in a bowl or you can refrigerate for about 2 hours until it is firm enough to shape into a head to decorate.
