An easy and delicious recipe for Korean beef that your whole family will love! Great served over rice!
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onions and cook for about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and continue cooking until beef is no longer pink. Drain fat and then return the beef to the pan.
Add the brown sugar and soy sauce to the beef and stir well to combine. Simmer over a low heat for about 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Serve over rice or in lettuce leaves as a wrap. Garnish with green onions.
