  • 5 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 cups whole milk divided
  • 4 cups crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp marshmallow cream
  • 6 tbsp hot fudge topping
  • 3 full sheets graham crackers
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  1. Break one full sheet of graham crackers into 4 even pieces. Dip each end into the hot fudge and then set aside.

  2. Break remaining 2 sheets of graham crackers into smaller pieces and set in bowl.

  3. Dip the rim of 4 glasses into the hot fudge and then roll in the small graham cracker pieces.

  4. Using piping bags, pipe a line of marshmallow cream inside each cup about 1/4 of the way down. Then pipe a line of hot fudge over that. Set the glasses in the fridge until you are ready for them.

  5. Using a stand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set the bowl in the fridge until you're ready for it.

  6. In a small sauce pan, combine chocolate chips, sugar, cocoa powder and 1 cup of milk over medium low heat. Stir until the chocolate is melted and it is smooth. Do not let it boil. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  7. In a blender, add crushed ice, remaining cup of milk and cooled chocolate sauce. Blend until smooth and then pour into prepared glasses.

  8. Pipe prepared whipping cream on top and then garnish with a graham cracker piece! Enjoy immediately!
