Light your charcoal grill.
Combine all burger ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Form into 4 burger patties.
Place on grill and grill for about 4-6 minutes on each side. Baste with Teriyaki Glaze while it is grilling.
Combine brown sugar and teriyaki glaze and brush over pineapples. After you flip the burgers once, add the pineapple rings to the grill and grill about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they begin to caramelize.
